At Hario, we want you to be completely satisfied with your specialty coffee gear and home accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original Hario packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
