We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain kitchenware items cannot be returned once they have been used.

Most of our heat-resistant glass products are dishwasher safe. However, to extend the life of your items, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent to avoid accidental chipping.
